NEURO-RHYTHMIC TRAUMA TREATMENT CERTIFICATIONS
The NEURO-RHYTHMIC TRAUMA THERAPY (NRTT)
certifications are internationally recognized credentials for the advanced clinical application of drumming for trauma recovery. The NRTT program offers three levels of certification, gradually increasing in difficulty as candidates obtain each subsequent level:
Level 1- C-Certified Neuro-Rhythmic Trauma Therapist (NRTT-1); Level 2-Advanced Neuro-Rhythmic Trauma Therapist (NRTT-II); and Level 3- Master Neuro-Rhythmic Trauma Therapist,NRTT-III) Each level is recognized as its own qualification.

Certification Program
NRTT Level 1 is a brain-based somatic treatment for complex, interpersonal trauma, or chronic, treatment-resistant PTSD. NRTT combines the brain’s mental training with the body’s physical training to help release toxic energy and retrain the nervous system and help facilitate a growth mindset. NRTT curriculum utilizes the clinical application of drumming, evidence-based somatic strategies techniques, and neuropsychotherapy as an effective treatment to help heal the brain and body from the effects of trauma.
Our certification program is open to all mental health care professionals, including complementary & alternative medicine professionals, trauma specialist and behavioral health providers.
All applicants submit candidate application before enrolling in professional trainings.

How Do I Earn the Neuro-Rhythmic Trauma Therapy Certificate?
To earn the NRTT certification from 21st Century Drummer Academy, candidates must successfully complete the following requirements:
1. Enroll in the NRTT Level 1 online training program
2. Successfully complete 4 Modules-32 Lessons
3. Complete all the course quizzes and assignments
4. Earn a minimum passing grade of 80% on each course assessment
Your digital copy of the Neuro-Rhythmic Trauma Therapy certificate will be emailed to you within once you your final video submission has been approved by Pamela Lynn-Seraphine. You can use the verified link to share the certificate on your social media accounts and your employers.

TRAUMA-INFORMED MUSIC EDUCATOR
CERTIFICATION PROGRAM (Drummer Edition)
This training introduces candidates to the core concepts involving the interpersonal neurobiology of drumming and applications of trauma-informed care for music students. It is intended to inspire drum educators to make their classes more trauma-informed and support their students and those working in the mental health field to bring the brain and body into treatment when working with trauma survivors.
